| Procedure
Combine Phase A ingredients together and heat them up to 80°C. Combine Phase B ingredients and heat to 80°C Incorporate the oil phase to the water phase and homogenise using a rotor/stator machine. Homogenize at 3500 rpm or 4000 rpm for about 5 minutes. When the emulsion is completely formed stop and start mixing. At 30°C add Phase C ingredients. |
