Payments Payment for online orders can be made with Visa, Mastercard, Discover or Paypal. If you chose to use a credit card, we will charge the card and email you an order confirmation number. If you elect to pay via Paypal, your browser will automatically direct you to the Paypal site where you can process the payment.
Shipping Please note that our shipping and handling charges are designed to cover the cost of insurance on the value of the item, the shipping charge, and our cost for materials to properly package your item so it arrives safely. All domestic orders within the contiguous United States are processed, packed and shipped within 48-72 hours and you can usually expect delivery within 2-8 business days after placing your order. You may select which shipping option and method you prefer upon checkout. We offer Priority, Next Day and Ground USPS services when ordering online, or you may call customer service at (866) 807-9696 for more information regarding these services.
How to Avoid Additional Fees
Be sure to verify that your shipping address is complete and accurate. If we ship to the address provided and the package is returned, you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges plus the cost to reship item.
Returns
Shea Radiance guarantees your complete satisfaction with the purchase of our Shea Butter and other products. If you are not 100% pleased with your purchase, please return the unused portion within 21 days for a replacement or refund. Our samples are intended as samples only, and as such, we do not accept returns for them.
Maryland state residents will be charged the sales tax rate for Howard County of 5%.
