Shea Radiance works closely with the cooperatives to set guidelines and processes for producing a consistently high quality shea butter.

Clear guidelines are defined for each step of  shea processing to ensure a quality butter free of impurities and low FFAs (Free Fatty Acids)

Capacity building and labor saving equipment are provided to help the women increase volume and maintain consistent quality.
